Nightrain:

Nightrain is a song by Slash in Guns N’ Roses album “Appetite for Destruction” released in the year 1987. The genre of the song is Hard rock. The name “Nightrain” came from a very cheap wine that Guns N’ Roses used to drink while recording Appetite for destruction. Axl Rose wrote this song in 1985 while they were performing on the Sunset Strip. The song was about how reckless and poor they were, that the only alcohol they could afford was Nightrain. They get drunk and sing the lyrics of the “Nightrain” after every show and walk back home.

Paradise city:

This hard rock song was released in the year 1987, featuring in the album “Appetite for destruction.” More like the song “Welcome to the jungle,” this song was inspired by Los Angeles, where the band used to live. The lyrics deal with the rough life on the streets, while the chorus is based on Axl Roses memories on Midwest, with images of green grass. This was the first song in which all five members of Guns N’ Roses were credited as writers.
